Finally, here it is, the OBD-Analyser NG / Handheld Open firmware V1.4.0 and the new Handheld Open Emulator (and OBD software for OBD-Analyser NGs with Bluetooth) HHEmu V2.30.
HHEmu V2.30 is built against the now officially available GTK+ V3.6.4 libraries (from http://www.gtk.org/download/win32.php) that are included.
